I brought my car here for a second opinion after being told, the transmission was completely shot by another mechanic. Mr Transmissions’s diagnostic proved that it was repairable, and the estimate came in at 1/3 the cost of the other places. I did not feel taken advantage of as a female driver. Can’t recommend this business enough in terms of my experience. Friendly, communicative… all the good things.

When my engine light came back on just 10 days after the repair—even though I had driven the car only twice—he asked me to bring it in right away. He quickly determined that the brand-new replacement part was defective, replaced it, and charged me nothing for the additional diagnosis or repair. That kind of honesty and commitment to customer service is rare today. I highly recommend Justin and his team.
