Exceptional Service from Dan – Complex Issue Solved! I Highly recommend Mister Transmission at 2289 Barton St E, Unit # 6 in Hamilton. My Ford Explorer had a highly complex, faulty transmission issue, and Dan took the time to diagnose and resolve it properly. The repairs did take around seven weeks to complete, but the wait was entirely worth it. Dan handled insurance companies questions/doubts & handled their inspection as well to get the insurance approved. Dan refused to rush a complicated job, ensuring everything was fixed perfectly. To completely eliminate the stress of being without a vehicle, Dan even provided me with a spare courtesy car for the five weeks. This level of customer service is rare. My Explorer is running beautifully now—if you need an honest, highly skilled specialist in Hamilton, go see Dan!

I didn’t want to take on new payments for a new truck, so this was perfect. On top of that, Dan went out of his way to redo the e-transfer so I could get the rewards on my Visa card. They really went above and beyond — I’d send anyone their way!

Started to have hard/slips took it in had it diagnosed and repaired with in a week. Excellent service and customer service. I would highly recommend to any one with transmission issues this is the place to go.

I can't say enough on how pleased I am with the professionalism and competency of Dan and his staff. I've been burned before by shady mechanics and I can honestly say they are some of the best! Dan was polite and friendly from my first phone call, and he took the time to LISTEN to all my questions and answered them in a clear and kind way that helped me understand the problem. Not once did I feel like I was being rushed out of there. The problem (leaky transmission) was fixed in a timely manner and it was done well. He noticed another issue that was causing me problem (bad ball joints) but I never once felt like he was trying to "find" issues and upsell me. He solved this one as well and now my car sounds better than it did when I first purchased the vehicle used. I would definitely recommend Dan and his staff for not only transmission related issues but for all mechanical issues. The final bill was VERY reasonable. I'm so VERY happy that I found Dan at Mister Transmission. THANK YOU!!
