I have always come to Mr. Transmission for service on my transmission. I am completely satisfied with the service and know that they are very competent.

I spent 1749.84 plus over $400 cash and by the time I went down the street, the original reason I took the car to your company was still there. My car has been in another shop who said jobs were done which were not needed and a faulty part was placed on the car, yet the part was supposedly new. So no, the problem was not solved at your company , yet I was out over twenty one hundred. Not a happy customer.

Rob was very professional and forthcoming with information. I was happy to know exactly what was wrong. The service itself only took a couple of business days total - which was much less than expected. There was even a small leak afterwards that he had a tech look at immediately - no waiting. Overall, a great experience that I would recommend to other seeking transmission repairs.
