Just brought my Jetta back from Mister Transmitted Waterloo. Brian was awesome with everything he did. He quoted us one price and by the end he found a way to drop it by $1,000! Saved me a ton! Drove home with the biggest smile on my face :) Will see you again DEFINITELY. Thanks Brian!

The manager of the store is great. To bad a got a Ford Taurus with know transmission problems but that is not your guys fault. I trust the store

The owner was very quick to let me know what was going on with my vehicle. The repairs were made and he went out of his way to explain the problem with me and provide me with information so I could seek compensation from the manufacture.

I have a 2018 Ford Ranger that had a transmission problem. My mechanic made several attempts to fix it and finally told me that he could send it our to a transmission specialitst and it would be approx $2,000. I took it to Gary and he fixed it the next day for much less. It is running beautifully!
