I believe they did a good job, but it was hard to tell as there were communication issues - I would be told \"I\'ll give you a call tomorrow morning\" and no call. I would follow up late afternoon to find out what is happening, and I would get the same line of getting \"a call tomorrow morning\". THis happened for 3 days in a row. It made me wonder if they took my issue seriously or not, and no information was being conveyed. I asked a lot of questions for my own understanding and there was a quick brush off from the service rep with each question. I hope they were honest with me - my car is running fine but it wasn\'t perfect when I got it back - I had to figure some other things out for myself. So I hope I wasn\'t taken advantage of as a single woman using their services and being charged $3000. Thanks.
