I came by yesterday, November 14th with my 2017 Chevrolet Suburban which gave me issues that day and the day prior with regards to a slipping gear. I was unsure whether to goto GM again as they had just worked on it in June and I had trust issues regarding some other issues in my truck. Seeing the great reviews I decided to come here and was greeted by Jennifer, who was very nice and took all the requisite info. I ultimately did not get my servicing done here (I had a warranty with GM on the work done in June) but I will give 5 stars due to the honesty of this business. Jennifer called me after the free diagnosis and told me before they do anything, I should inquire regarding a warranty on the job done as it did not exceed 20,000km since the work was completed in June. She advised to go speak to GM and if there isn’t a warranty they will happily look at the truck. I had discussed earlier with my friend who had an issue with his vehicle that we have a hard time trusting most mechanics due to the many vultures we have come across. In my situation it would be easy for any mechanic to go ahead and make the buck off me, however Jennifer and their team are a gem in this industry and looked out for my best interest. I highly recommend them alone for their honesty and will recommend them to anyone of my friends who ever have an issue with their car. If I don’t have a warranty covering my truck I will for sure be back to Mister Transmission if there is a problem. Thank you Jennifer and the team!
