Tony has spent over twenty years working in the automotive aftermarket and repair business. His work experience includes 10 years with Canadian Tire Corporation where he held the position of Vice President, Automotive responsible for Canadian Tire’s parts, tires, accessories and auto service business. Tony also spent five years with Carquest Auto Parts (a division of Advance Auto Parts) where he held the position of Vice President and General Manager for the Ontario Division that included 110 stores. Tony is a Red Seal Certified H.D. Equip Mechanic and he holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) and an MBA. Tony joined the Franchisor on June 15, 2017 and was formally appointed as President & CEO on January 3rd, 2018.
Brian comes to Mister Transmission with over 20 years of experience and expertise in the transmission industry. With his great passion for the sales profession and the transmission business, Brian’s training and support offers franchisees the confidence and motivation required to succeed as a Mister Transmission business owner. As a previous Mister Transmission franchisee for 30 years, and his current work with franchisees at a store level, Brian knows what it takes to be successful in the transmission business.
Joel joined Team Orange in March, 2018 and is focused on improving store operations and profitability among franchised and corporate stores. Joel has over 15 years of store operations experience in the automotive industry, and he uses this knowledge to develop and strengthen our policies and procedures, and gain alignment and consistency among all stores.
Joe has been with Mister Transmission for over 20 years is a licensed technician who regularly attends training to maintain his expertise, and provides our franchisees with this knowledge and support. Joe’s main priority is to provide technical support to Mister Transmission Franchisees and Corporate stores. He is the main point of contact for Mister Transmission Franchisees, Rebuilders and Corporate staff regarding back shop technical repair questions, processes, and warranty issues. Joe also provides ongoing technical training for rebuilders and supports technical staff recruitment, as well as identifying technical opportunities for Mister Transmission.
Alana is a recent graduate of Dalhousie University, and has joined our team in March 2018. Alana has a passion for the digital world and the endless opportunities available today as it continues to grow and evolve. As Marketing Manager, Alana is focused on developing, implementing and executing marketing strategies and tactics to build awareness with our consumer. Her work also includes improving internal communications among our franchisees, as well as managing all of our social media accounts.
Angelina joined our team in 2019 as a recent graduate of the University of Guelph and has strong customer service skills and experience. Angelina’s role is to support our franchisees and help resolve any customer concerns.
Sheila came to Mister Transmission with over 20 years of experience in this field. As Controller, Sheila is responsible for all aspects of our financial reporting and treasury control. She enjoys the challenge of managing complete sets of financial records and providing financial analysis to enhance management decisions.
Marlene’s role requires her to excel at customer service and organization. After joining the Mister team in 2000, she has succeeded in forming great relationships with our franchisees. She enjoys the various challenges that her role offers, and is dedicated to helping the team in any way she can.
