Great place for any vehicle Transmission maintenance / repair / service !

I have to tell you the the guy that owns the transmission place is a true gentleman, old school values and morals . The employees are down to earth, very honest and forthcoming with every question and concern that I had. What really made me feel good is that they attempted to spend the least amount of money they could to determine what the issue with my van was, they didn't tear a bunch of things apart they went slow to make sure they didn't miss anything and for me being a single woman that's very important . They did some work to see if it could repair it it didn't cost very much and asked me to come back in a couple of days so they could assess it again. When I arrived there I did not feel safe in the van but after speaking with them and having them do what they did I felt so much more safe to drive the van . So if you want good work done by decent, respectful people I suggest taking it here. I will be bringing all my business here, I love to support business that are here to help their communities and Mister Transmission along with Midas (the ones that referred me to mister Transmission) that is located accross the street are two such businesses . The owner at this location went out of his way to help me with a difficult diagnostic and repair, which never seems easy on Dodge electronic 6 speed transmissions, saving me some money and providing me with the diagnostic results to show the work. A rare pleasant garage repair story, I have experienced some bad ones.

After wasting a month at Jim Pattison Hyundai to finally get quoted option A (5k$ for a refurbed transmission) or option B (8k $ for a new transmission), I opted for C take it to a known and trusted expert Mr. Transmission in Whalley. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning and had the transfer case replaced and vehicle ready for pick up by 3:30. A mildly used transfer case was installed and tested and let's just say the cost was no where near the options I was quoted at JPH. I highly encourage anyone with transmission or drivetrain issues to come talk to Mr. Transmission. These guys are pros.

I had an odd transmission problem and was referred to Nav at Mister Transmission in Surrey. Nav showed genuine care and follow-up through what was a long and frustrating situation for me. Even though I live 40kms away, I would go back to see Nav, if needed, and recommend Nav’s shop for your vehicle servicing, especially if you live in/around Surrey. The relationship you have with those you entrust your car to is very important. Shop rates are competitive, but trust is priceless. Thanks for the personal attention to my car!
