I found the time between dropping the vehicle off and when the vehicle was ready to be picked up quite speedy. Especially considering it being so close to the holidays. Also, Bill the manager was quite friendly and helpful.

I just my vehicle back, but all seems to be working well. Also what I was quoted and actually paid was very close to even. And the service and the attitude was very encouraging.

Although a major repair was need which was a financial burden just before Christmas. Bill the manager was very flexible and was very helpful with information and suggestions. Never felt pressured to make a quick decision and gave me time to decide. Went with his suggestion and now have my vehicle back and seems to be working great. There is never a good time for a major vehicle repair but at this time of year it was very stressful on it's own I appreciated the professionalism shown.
