I took my car for repair. I had a transmission issue or so I thought and they ended up diagnosing my car and said it was an engine misfire not transmission problem really honest place they were professional and great customer service, didnt even charge me a diagnostic fee even provided me with shuttle their and back, I highly recommend Dan and this Mr transmission location

My old car, a 2013 Dodge Charger developed a mid-shift that only happened when the car was cold and it was shifting up into 3rd or 4th gear for the first time each day - it would stumble badly, but then it would be fine for the rest of the day. My regular garage specifically recommended I go to this Mr. Transmission, so there I went. If they would have told me that it would be 5,000 for a rebuild I would have said “Ok”. But they diagnosed this car over a couple of cold cycle mornings and said “you may as well just drive it as long as you can put up with a minor mis-shift, otherwise you would be wasting your money to rebuild it”. So that’s what I did - I drove it for 18 months and it never got any worse and I ended up getting a great trade value for it. These guys are honest and have my deepest respect.

Dan was amazing to work with! He was honest with what repairs needed to be done with no bs, like other shops that had a long list of repairs that didn’t need done. 10/10 recommend

My fiancé and I have a 2017 Ford focus SE, the car kept revving, it wouldn’t change gears and it wouldn’t go into reverse. I called Mr transmission on a Saturday and left a voicemail knowing they weren't open. Dan called me about an hour later, he said the phone was forwarded to his phone. I told him the problem we where having and he instantly knew what the problem was, and reassured me it wasn’t the whole transmission. Dan stated that he has done a few ford focuses and it sounds like the same problem (the actuator clutch). We took the car in on the Monday and Dan had it in and diagnosed quickly, he called to let us know that it was what he thought it was and the cost. He also fixed the starter which was a different issue but none the less he fixed what needed to be fixed. Dan was amazing throughout our entire transaction, I highly recommend going to this Mr Transmission.

Dan at Mister Transmission on Centennial Parkway is a ROCK STAR. Stayed late on a Friday to fix my car so I would have it for an important appointment the next day. That is amazing customer service, and I will forever be grateful

I took the car in because I had issues with my transmission, not only did they fix it but they fixed my lower control arm and adjusted my brakes, these are problems that were missed on the safety, Dan also dealt with my warranty company as well as made sure I had the financing to get my car back with no out of pocket funds, they worked late making sure I had the car on the day they said, thank you Dan and Bob for all your hard work.
