I took my van to the Pickering location and I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the great service that I received. Ken kept me informed all the way and even offered to pick me up at the Go Station because I live in St. Catharines; I did get there myself to pick up.

polite and prompt service. Trustworthy. Explained what needed to be done as well as the approx. cost and if it was worth doing on an older vehicle like mine. Very helpful. Made the time I didn\'t have the car less stressful by helping me to rent a car as well as giving me a ride to the car rental and picking me up when my car was ready. Peace of mind knowing there is a free 10 day checkup and service if needed at any Mr.Transmission locations

I was told to bring my car to Mr. Transmission and they did not disappoint! The initial call was very enjoyable as they fully explained what the process will be and answered all of my questions. Even better was the quick turn around, my car was fixed and back into my hands a day later. Really great business, great staff, and I couldn't be more pleased.

Awesome experience here. I had been told to take my van here and was not disappointed. They inspected my van, found that the issue was actually not the transmission, made some recommendations on where to go, and did not charge me for the inspection. They did tell me there could still be a transmission issue, but the other issue needed to be corrected first. I appreciate them taking the time and making the recommendation for that work first and saving me a possible expensive transmission repair. If I need to come back I will!!!
