Great customer service (Rob). Very communicative. Worked hard to find me the right parts. Had an issue with getting a used part that your tech did not recommend we use (thank you). Would be good to ensure that the supplier only send quality parts (even if used) so that there\'s no risk of installing a sub-optimal part. It\'s not in your control what they send you, but perhaps ensuring they only send you quality parts would be great. Overall, happy with the service so far (I only had SUV back for less than a day though, but so far it seems good). Thanks.
