I drive for a living my truck went in for a tranny dec 26 and not even 6 months later its out and i had to pay again not happy and it took them a month to do?

my wife and i were driving from yellowknife NT to bridge water ns while driving through ontario we lost our transmission 40 miles west of Thunderbay this was on sat on monday they had our truck in for repair they told us we needed a new transmission and gave us two options for that and me and my wife decided to go with the better of the transmission and warranty. upon the transmission swap they discovered and suggested we replace the transfer case,front drive shaft and rear u joint on rear drive shaft at this point we advised them to do what they needed to do to get us on the road as we had a deadline to meet in nova scotia so they got us on the road rather quickly which was nice in tell we started driving the truck shifted really hard and would make popping noise when it got up to around 60-80 km/h at this point we were on the road and called in and was told it was safe to continue on and it was a speed sensor problem and to go to the next Mr.transmission and they could have a look at it as well to get the ten day inspection so my wife and i complied as soon as we got to Kingston,ON. upon doing that Kingston Mr transmission inspected it and informed us that the wrong transmission was installed and we could not take our truck untell it was sorted out due to warranty being voided if we left kingston mr transmission parking lot Kingston had agreed to make it right for us but thunder bay would t authorize payment on it so i was told and than head office said we could take our truck that thunder-bay said it would get us to nova scotia and they would get Mr.transmission in Halifax to take care of us so we carried on now we are here and its in Mr transmission shop in Halifax i had arranged to drop it off on Monday at 8 am and we might be able to get it back on Thursday was initially told it was a day and half job this job we had done cost us $4,189.18 for the truck repair hotel expense in thunder bay cost us a little over 500 dollars and delayed us our hotel expense in Kingston 540 dollars while we waited to see if Thunderbay MR.T was going to authorize payment for Kingston Mr T to do the work and delayed again. than we get to where we are staying and it takes two hours to take the truck to halifax that is four hours there and back for me and my father in law who is here on holidays not to mention we have to do it one more time to get the truck when its finished so 8 hrs driving time and i have to pay the fuel on two automobiles and im with out wheels for four days again all together i have been with out this truck for 15 day s since mr.transmission started the work i have a medical condition that requires attention from the pharmacy everyday where i have to drive a half hour in to town each day so its been hard my wife and i love this truck and take care of it. a lot of my expense after thunder bay seem hardly fair and time wasted im not one to complain but thinking about all of this and and how we were at a mr.T in Kingston could have saved me and my wife and family a great deal of money and time. wayne in thunderbay tried is very best to help us take care of the problem and get us going and in our decision making process we picked Mr t because they were Canada wide and they warrantied there workmanship and really cared about there customers.
