I have a frontier with a well know tranny issue. I talked to a couple transmission places in Calgary but as soon as i spoke to Kris Carlson I knew it would be his shop I would be bringing my truck to . His knowledge and level of proffesionalism was so impressive. He gave me a quote and stayed true to it even though the repair took a little longer than first tought. I got my truck back and it runs like a dream.I will be highly recommending Kris and his team to anyone that needs work done. I will also be bringing my truck to him for any regular shop work in the future. Its a breath of fresh air to see that customer service is still alive in a time when it all but seemed to have dissapeared.
