Went above and beyond to help diagnose the weird issue I was having! I really appreciate the honesty and kindness as I’ve had so many bad experiences with mechanics in the past. Highly recommend this location!

I brought my 2009 Toyota Rav 4 to the pros at MR TRANSMISSION last week before a long road trip. John and Paul were unbelievably kind and professional. Being a woman even in the new politically correct world we live in can still be intimidating when it comes to taking your car in for a service. Unlike my regular mechanic who I won't be going back to, they were proactive and fair. They cleaned up the issue and put a fresh coat of paint on their work . They were informative during the inspection and didn't down play the issue but also didn't tell me to repair anything that didn't need repairing. Also they didn't jump to worst case scenarios. I find it extremely difficult to trust but felt I was being treated more than fair right from the moment I called for my appointment and they treated me the same way throughout. Fast , efficient and affordable to say the least. Amazing team! Thank you 😊 🙏

I have been dealing with Paul since the beginning of September with my ford explorer looking into a few different problems with my vehicle, in the end, turns out I needed a lot so I got a transmission rebuild. Paul and John made sure I was updated anytime I called (it took a little longer with parts coming in ) . I had to bring it back twice and the shop got on it right away for me this time I think we got it right! Lol i really want to thank Paul he made sure I was taken care of the entire time knowing I had 2 young kids at home. Thank you Mr transmission I have already recommended your shop to many people and will continue to do so 😊 Thank you
