Had called and spoke to Roman at the Kitchener location on Charles St. Let me know everything I needed to know and was priced better than the person I was referred to by the person who does most of my repair work. So definite bonus points there, plus the quality of work done was amazing.

Very good customer service. The mechanic took the car on 2 test runs after repairs, fortunately, as they found a problem during the 2nd test drive. I would definitely recommend the shop to others.
