Amazing service! From start to end Dan, my tech, was honest and knowledgeable regarding the issues with my transmission. I had been to Kia dealership prior and did not offer me nearly the same service level as Mr.Transmission. The first call with Mr Transmission I was greeted with polite service. Dan talked me through all the issues with my transmission and different options for repair. I ended up getting my transmission replaced SOONER than expected. They took care of my car which gets driven daily and I know that I have a safe car thanks to Mr.Transmission and their amazing staff.

Had slipping in my transmission, knew it would be alot of work and money. Dan assured me of a great outcome. He kept me aware via phone, and approving of parts with me. My 2000 Nissan Xterra 4x4 now has used transmission, and no more slipping. Dan and his team proved even older vehicles get their best work.
