What is Net Promoter Score (NPS)

A Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey allows businesses to get valuable feedback from their clients about the worth of services rendered. Insights are gained from two questions. How likely are you to recommend Mister Transmission and why. The main goal is help businesses resolve detractor feedback (those who gave a score of 0-6 out of 10) and turn them into brand advocates (and in our instance, have them write a positive online review). It has been proven that businesses with a high NPS score will retain business, get referrals and increase revenue. The WebPunch system helps businesses to do all this – all we need to do is input the customer’s email address into Lankar (Please note that we only use the customer email for customer satisfaction survey purposes).
