Just want to shout out. Matt, Dawn and Chris at Mr. Transmission for the superb service they gave me, my story is long but I'll make it short. These guys took my truck in and gave it the top notch service. It never felt so good and safe. I highly recommend these guys for your services due to knowing a lot of the other locations and after getting work done by these guys I will always go back there first. And if you get to meet Matt, you will understand why I'm telling you this by far. One of the nicest people I met. He went above and beyond to help me and my situation and I will never forget him for helping me with a rough situation. Thanks Matt, you're the best

If I could give more than 5/5 I would. Brian is the personification of customer service. I knew something was wrong with my transmission and initially brought it somewhere else that was reccomended to me. When they came back with a almost $10,000 estimate I obviously went looking for a second opinion. In swoops Brian. Over the phone I told him what I was experiencing and what tbe other place quoted me. He told me "if you bring it here, it wont cost you that" I questioned "even without seeing the truck, you can confidently say that"? He confirmed. Every. Step. Of the way, he was open, honest, answered any and all of my questions, and made me feel confident I was getting the truth. Brian makes it feel like you're talking to a friend helping you out. Sure enough, my repair cost me less than the first place quoted me and I'll absolutely be back for preventive maintenance. Thank you so much Brian and team!

My family was stranded in Canada. We limped the car on a Sunday to Mr. transmission on Dixie Road. We put the key in the box and left a note. We came back Monday morning with our rental car that we had to drive back to the US. We talked to Akie (spelling) and he took all our info and said they would check it out. We said we had to leave our car because we had to go home because of the kids and school. They called later that day and said it was a solenoid that was wrong and recommended replacing the pack. It was reasonable and he met us after business hours to pick up the van the following weekend. They really went above and beyond. We can’t thank them enough for taking care of us during such a stressful time. Thank you Akie and your staff!
