Thanks to Frank & Randy for their perseverance to see the job done. They rebuilt my transmission in Nov 2023, but it failed within the 1 year warranty. It took a lot of work to find the root problem, valve body & control module, even sent my vehicle to their Maple Ridge shop for a 2nd set of eyes, but they made good on the warranty.

Excellent service! We had been bounced around by another mechanic elsewhere & they couldn't even look at our VW van until staff returned from holidays 2 weeks later! Frank at Mister Transmission (Barnet Hwy. Coquitlam)was so friendly & took our van immediately, fixed our transmission + another issue for less than what we were quoted elsewhere for the transmission repair alone. The job was done on time, cost a little more than the original quote but doesn't everything these days. Would certainly return for any work required but hoping to not have to in the near future!!
