If I could give more than 5/5 I would. Brian is the personification of customer service. I knew something was wrong with my transmission and initially brought it somewhere else that was reccomended to me. When they came back with a almost $10,000 estimate I obviously went looking for a second opinion. In swoops Brian. Over the phone I told him what I was experiencing and what tbe other place quoted me. He told me "if you bring it here, it wont cost you that" I questioned "even without seeing the truck, you can confidently say that"? He confirmed. Every. Step. Of the way, he was open, honest, answered any and all of my questions, and made me feel confident I was getting the truth. Brian makes it feel like you're talking to a friend helping you out. Sure enough, my repair cost me less than the first place quoted me and I'll absolutely be back for preventive maintenance. Thank you so much Brian and team!

I had taken my vehicle in for service to a different shop for a noise, which was fixed. However, they recommended that I needed to replace my transmission, along with a bunch of other things. I wasn't experiencing any transmission issues so decided to get a second opinion.Went to Mr. Transmission today in Burlington. They performed a diagnostic test and found no indication of transmission problems. I opted to wait for the test, very quickly done. There was no charge for this service! Very refreshing to find someone who is honest. Very pleasant experience. Thank you Mr. Transmission!

I had a problem with my Toyota 4Runner. After speaking with Brian and his team, they diagnosed the issue as the front differential. Brian was great at communicating with me every step of the way. I Thought I had a problem with my transmission. I dropped off my buick verano and Alister check it out and said there wasn't anything wrong with the transmission. He believed it to be the cv axle. He was right and he could have taken me for a ride. Very honest shop and would recommend.

The transmission of our Honda Fit died suddenly without warning. We took it to a different shop that charged us a diagnostic fee only to tell us they didn't want to work on it. I had it towed to Mr. Transmission in Burlington and from the first phone call with Alistair, I knew I was in very competent hands. They worked quickly on the job and had it done a day earlier than promised. Alistair kept us in the loop along the way and did a great job of explaining what went wrong and what steps needed to be taken.
