My complain is about not being offered any loaner nor getting any advice on renting a car while the customer service could have advised me about renting a car with a deal. I shared this complain to the owner, Bob, that I wish you guys had asked me if I need a ride or need to rent a car when I was dropping off my car. He answered, you didn\'t ask!!!! apparently, he knew a rental place which gives a deal to Mister Transmission\'s customers. because of this, I paid $100 more on having a rental car for one week. Bob didn\'t offer me any discount because of this. Thanks,
Easy to make the appointment and have the required rebuild done in a timely manner ...with great follow up as well. Terrific staff members and mechanics also. Felt very satisfied that all would be good going forward!! Thanks for being there for me!!
There was a lot of trouble sourcing parts for our Suzuki and the team put in a lot of effort to help us out. However, we were not always provided updates and I had to call in to find out how the situation was progressing it would\'ve been nice to have been told more about the parts sourcing.
Blair was awesome. Car went in Monday morning and within 1 hr he called and told us what it needed and how much it would be and how long it would take. Found addition problem called and had part ordered and it did not effe3ct the original time frame given.
job done as promised, won\'t really know if I am satisfied until many miles have been put on vehicle since there is no warranty. no warranty
