10/10 DAN IS THE BEST! He did my transmission fluid change on my Mazda 3 09 Sedan ..was quick and the price is very reasonable I was very happy for the time service and Dan made my appointment really quick. I booked it few weeks ago but got reschedule due to his team was sick and dan give me a quick date and day to reschedule and here it is just got it done on March 22 2024 morning. Very happy with the service DAN IS THE BEST! And his team ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Definitely going to him everytime for all my vehicles regular maintenance 🙌!! Old but Gold Mazda Mark X.

I have a very rare 2009 Chevrolet Trailblazer SS that I trust very few people to work on. The Stoney Creek location (Dan) went out of their way to not only completely rebuild the transmission but fix other problems along the way thinking outside the box. I highly recommend this place to all.

Dan Burgess's mister transmission, is fantastic. The prices are great the work quality is second to none . I bought a used truck and didn’t know much about the maintenance history, Dan took good care of me , serviced my truck like it was his own and took the time to explain and educate me about proper maintenance practices to minimize failure in the future. Dan Is it an upstanding guy He is honest down to earth straightforward I brought in my Porsche Panamera he was so honest that he told me that they don’t have the software to do it, but he could fix it, but there was no software for that vehicle at that location so he recommended me another spot. Thank god because everything worked out perfectly. I don’t know what to do. I don’t know where to go. He guided me he was such a humanitarian person. I leave honest reviews you could even check my other reviews I leave bad reviews, good reviews, great reviews and this one deserves a five star clean location, friendly staff overall if you have cars that need to be worked on this is the first place you should take it if you live in Hamilton he scan my car he told me what was wrong with it so nobody else could play with me. I am just so glad I discovered this location. I am going to recommend it to my mother and my father and family friends

I don't ever write long reviews about places unless they truly have earned it and this place has. On October 20th my car broke down and I was stranded in Hamilton with my 5 month old and partner over the weekend in Ancaster staying with family. No shops were open over the weekend and the dealership only had an opening 3 weeks later. On Monday morning I called different shops for quotes and openings to get it fixed asap as we had to drive back home to Peterborough for me to return to work. I received very high quotes or a long wait time if they could even squeeze me in as it was a very busy time. It was all bad news until I called Mister Transmission at 265 Centennial Parkway North and spoke with Dan Burgess. I explained to him the situation and that we need to get back home as soon as we could. He spoke with me over the phone to let me know the break down of the possible repair costs, gave me options to choose from so it could fit within my budget and never tried to upsell anything or force any unnecessary work. He's truly a honest and genuine person and I'm happy he was my first point of contact. He wanted to check the car first before ordering anything to ensure the problem was fixed the first time. He was kind enough to help in calling a tow truck to get my car to the shop and told me to not worry about it and he'll get it done. He kept me updated throughout the process and even let me know what part had broken (i.e the pressure plate caved in and warped the clutch disc). My car was dropped off by Monday around noon and I was back on the road with it the next day almost 24 hours later. He let me see the broken part and explained what went wrong and how it could have happened. This is the type of business experience I look forward, having someone turn a stressful situation into a very smooth and happy ending. I would highly recommend anyone to bring your car here and to talk to Dan. My car is running like new and it's been many weeks since then and no issues at all. Thank you again Dan and to your team!

I highly recommend this location! Dan is a professional and will do right by you! Their prices are low and affordable! I called Sampson transmission initially, they wanted to charge me $400 before tax, for a transmission fluid change, I paid $240 before taxes at Mr Transmission!
