I want to commend Brian, the manager of the Mister Transmission in Waterloo. I had my transmission serviced by his team last week (I emailed him in the morning with my problems, and had the car serviced later that afternoon). He provided efficient, prompt service at a good price. And perhaps most importantly I got the impression he was honest. Compared to the shysters at Economy Lube in Waterloo, it was a refreshing change

I am extremely grateful for the time and patience the owner of Mister Transmission (Brian) in Waterloo had to explain to me the cause of the transmission break down and for offering me unbiased advice on what to do with the transmission. I was debating whether to sell the car as is, or repair the transmission. In the end, I decided to repair the transmission. I believe Brian gave me his honest opinion irrespective of getting my business or not. I am very pleased with his service and the way he handled all of my questions--and believe me, I asked a lot of questions!
