I found both employees (John & Tony) to whom I spoke, when I first brought in my car for diagnosis, to be extremely courteous, professional and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable having the work done at Mr. Transmission, even though I am very meticulous about who works on my car and had not previously dealt with Mr. Transmission. I only picked up my car today and so far I am very satisfied with the repairs, as the transmission is shifting very smoothly once again. Now, as Spring approaches, I am anxiously looking forward to returning for my 10-day recheck to ensure all is fine before taking my car on a long-awaited road trip.
