Hi.... I would just like to share with you my experience with "Ken Lavender" at your Pickering store. I went there with what I thought might be a transmission problem. After a test drive with which Ken invited me to come along, I was told that my problem was an ignition issue and that the transmission was fine. I then asked to book an appointment for a oil and filter change as this being a used truck , I am unaware of the history of it. Ken then went back out to check the oil and again said that it too was fine and a servicing was not needed at this time. Considering the bad reputation the transmission repair industry has, I was quite relieved and impressed with both his diagnosis and honesty. Although I was unable to use Ken's services today, his honesty will be repaid when the time comes that I need transmission work.I will also spread the word that Mr Transmission in Pickering is an honest shop to deal with.
