The mechanics at the location I went to (Lansdowne Street in
Peterborough) were extremely helpful. The quote for repairs and advice that
they gave me was fair and sound. They also completed the repairs VERY
quickly (less than 24 hours) and drove me home from the shop. I was
extremely satisfied with the service.
Very helpful and knowledgable staff. Repairs were speedily and efficiently executed, and my vehicle was back on the road within 2 days of approval by the warranty company.

My truck was at another shop, when they called and said my transmission fluid and filter should be changed. My first thought was Terry and Cam at Mister Transmission and how well I had been treated in the past by them. I use the truck alot in the winter and thought I would save time and another appointment for the truck and told the other shop to go ahead and service the transmission. Well I should have went with my gut and went to Mister Transmission...
The other shop put the wrong filter in. The next day it was at Mister Transmission for a complete overhaul. This was certainly an expense I did not need right after Christmas. Terry And Cam were awesome as always, and gave me the wrong filter and broken parts as will as a new proper filter to take to the other shop, as proof the other shop caused my transmission to fail. Anyone that has any concerns about their transmission take it to the professionals at Mister Transmission and save yourself alot of grief and money.
