To whom it may concern:
We own a 2002 Oldsmobile Bravada with Smart Trak 4 wheel drive. Something went wrong in the transfer case and it became locked in 4 wheel drive making it nearly impossible to steer on dry pavement. I originally had the 4 wheel drive disengaged but that made the vehicule drive with two wheel rear and it was useless in the snow. It's an exceptinal vehicule and it needed repair. My long time mechanic and good friend suggested I just take it to Mr. Transmission as it required a specialized type of service and if he removed the transfer case himself, he'd likely send it there anyway. After a few visits and discussions with Greg Rooney at the Kanata Mr. Transmission, I finally dropped it off on a Monday afternnon. He kept me updated as to what they found and by Wednesday morning our SUV was as good as new. Mr. Rooney was professional, extremely knowledgeable, very patient and most of all honest. Our truck is like new again and handles in the snow as it should making me feel a whole better for my family's safety. A big thanks to Greg and his staff. If I ever had occasion to need transmission service again, I wouldn't hesitate to go to Mr. Transmission in Kanata.
