I liked the fact ,that I was told about parts that would need change in the futur.I had the option of changing the parts at a labour discount since the transmission was already removed & would not have to be charged labour to replace the part in the futur.Also I was impressed with the fast service I received.They did a great job.

Hello there. I am just writing a quick letter to thank the folks at Mr. Transmission on Baseline rd in Ottawa Ontario for doing a outstanding job on my van. It was a refreshing experience from moody mechanics and sketchy shops to finally be talked to in a friendly and outgoing manner. This is my first time using Mr. Transmission for repairs and I was really impressed with the customer service and quality of work. I have a very old vehicle, so you can expect my business in the future. I was impressed with the speed at which the job was diagnosed, quoted, and then executed. When I picked up my van it was running and driving perfectly. I also really appreciated being picked up and dropped off, but most of all I really like the friendliness of the employees there, that makes all the difference for me. Thanks again ;)
