I just wanted to thank you and your team for the Excellent service you provide! Since Saturday morning last week, the grrrrrrr in my front axle is gone. Also on a side note; Several months ago I was looking for a good repair and service shop on a raining Saturday morning, of a long weekend, I stopped by your shop and it was closed. However, Ron was in the garage and agreed to come out and talk about my Jeep issues. By Ron coming out and talking, on his day off, definitely gave me a very good feel for how your team performs. Ron spent 15-20 minutes, or so, listening and talking about my problems with my Jeep because of his efforts I returned to your shop (when opened), and have had terrific service! Thanks again Ron! My car was delayed and I had hoped to have it back earlier, but since I had asked them to hold off until I spoke with my son, I kind of caused my own delay. However they were nice and rented me a car free of charge as their free loaner cars were to big for me to drive.
