"I just wanted to share an experience I had at one of your shops in Cambridge a couple months ago.

As it turns out I had a leaking transmission cooler in my 2008 Ford Escape during my travels in the Cambridge area, so promptly decided that I would take it to the experts. Steve advised me that my transmission cooler was leaking and that it is common problem on the Escape and it should still be under warranty. Steve went out of his way to rectify the problem in the most cost effective manner. He patched it up and I was on my way to the dealership for them to fix the problem under warranty,of course as Steve suggested.
I can't say enough goods things about the level of service I received. I would without at doubt recommend this shop to any family members, colleagues or friends for anything transmission related."
